Dr. Crooks is a proud product of Jamaica. She completed undergraduate medical school training (MB,BS) at the University of The West Indies in 2007. She then pursued and completed her dream specialty in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care at the University of the West Indies in 2014, with part of her training and experience at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, Ontario, through The University of Toronto, Canada.

 

She is a Consultant Anesthesiologist and Intensivist with over 14 years of experience in the administration of sedation, as well as regional and general Anesthesia. She also has a special interest in Pain Management as she believes it is paramount for patients to return to regular activities quickly and comfortably.
